LEGAL COSTS

As part of our "No Win, No Fee" policy, Stacks/Goudkamp will charge no fees unless and until your compensation claim is successful. In other words, if you don’t win your case, you pay no fees to us. Please note that our fees are never paid as a percentage of the outcome. Percentage payments only apply in the United States.

If your compensation claim is successful, the insurance company will pay most of your legal fees. In the meantime, Stacks/Goudkamp will pay your outgoings, such as disbursements to cover the cost of medical reports, police records, and ambulance and hospital records.

The insurer will reimburse us for the disbursements on the successful conclusion of the compensation claim. If the claim is unsuccessful, these costs are written off by Stacks/Goudkamp.

In order to comply with state laws, it will be necessary for Stacks/Goudkamp to enter into a fee agreement with you. This agreement will reflect the above mentioned terms and conditions.
